| TSCATS enables users to identify and obtain
copies of unpublished health and safety studies submitted to the US Environmental
Protection Agency under various sections of the Toxic Substances Control Act. It is the
most efficient means for determining if EPA has a specific type of study on a particular
chemical. The studies fall into three general categories: health effects, environmental
effects, and environmental fate. More than 24,000 separate studies are cited in the
database. The data contained in studies cited by TSCATS can be accessed in a variety of ways:

A $25.00 charge applies once per order (no matter how many fiche or packets of fiche are included) plus $1.25 per pane of fiche and $1.00 minimum for shipping. | |
